Join your fellow parishioners at the Annual Congregational Meeting on Sunday, February 25, 2007 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.  A packet of reports is being distributed after church on February 11, one to a family, so you have time to read them prior to the meeting.  The reports include the Annual Meeting agenda, minutes of the previous annual meeting, the 2006 Treasurer's report, President's report, 2007 proposed Budget, the Capital Improvements Fund Master Plan, Election of Officers, and proposed Bylaw Changes Summary.

Come and participate in making future business decisions and elect Council officers for the positions of Vice President, Financial Secretary, Curator, and one Auditor.  Descriptions of the officer's responsibilities are included in the Election of Officers report.  If you are interested in an officer position, please talk with John Hrapchak or the chair of the nominating committee.

Sr. ACRY "Cash Day"

Tickets for the Sr. ACRY sponsored "Cash Day" are now available.  "Cash Day" will be held on February 11, in the afternoon.  All are welcome and invited to the event.  Please see any member of the Sr. ACRY to purchase tickets.  There is only a short time before the event so please lend a hand by purchasing a ticket and taking some to sell. There will also be a pot luck style meal served at the event.

Talk

Today there will be a calendar change discussion during the coffee hour led by John Hrapchak and Fr. Miles.  This topic arose at the last annual meeting, and the Council wanted to provide information and discussion to clarify questions prior to the annual meeting on February 25, 2007.  We hope you can participate.

The Social Concerns Committee will be preparing bag lunches for the homeless shelter on February 14.
