Announcements:

Confessions will be heard on Sunday mornings from 9:15-9:45am and by appointment. All faithful are encouraged to come to the Sacrament every 8 weeks, on average, to help maintain spiritual health. This is especially for those who frequently “with Faith and with Love come forward” to receive the Body and Blood of Christ!

A Blessed Thanksgiving to all of our Parish family!! If you are traveling, may your Guardian Angel go with you. If you are staying at home, receive your guests as you would receive the Lord into your home. Make sure to take a part of the day and give thanks to God for all the blessing you have received throughout the entire year! Prayers of Thanksgiving will be offered during the Divine Liturgy on Wednesday morning. Also, because of the national Holiday, Metropolitan Nicholas has issued a dispensation from the Friday fast so that you may continue to enjoy the bounty of your table.

Because of Thanksgiving, there are no Sunday school classes scheduled for next Sunday 25 November.

Deepest sympathies are extended to Fr. Robert Prepelka and family on the ‘falling asleep in the Lord’ of his mother +ELIZAB ETH this past Friday. Funeral Services will be at St. Nicholas Church, Homestead on Monday morning. May God grant rest to His newly-departed handmaiden, +ELIZABETH, and may her memory be Eternal!
