Announcements:
Confessions will be heard on Sunday mornings from 9:15-9:45am and by appointment. All faithful are encouraged to come to the Sacrament every 8 weeks, on average, to help maintain spiritual health. This is especially for those who frequently “with Faith and with Love come forward” to receive the Body and Blood of Christ! [NOTE: final opportunity to have your Confession heard before Christmas will be after Divine Services on Christmas Eve. Confessions will not be heard on Christmas Day, no exceptions.]
A reminder that we are in the season of the Pre-Nativity (Advent) Fast. All fasting guidelines apply.

LAST CALL: Please hand in Poinsettia donation slips no later than 30 December. Slips should be handed into Faith Breno. Donations will be listed in the Christmas edition of the bulletin. There are extra slips available in the hall.
Pledge Sheets for 2008 are due today. If you lost your sheet, there are more available in the parish hall. These sheets help the Council prepare the budget for the coming year. If you have any questions see either Mike Buchko or Dan Breno.
”Lots-O-Luck calendars” for 2008 [The National ACRY fundraiser], will be offered for sale from now until early January.
Cost is $25 each. See Sheila to purchase them.
Church Wall Calendars are available in the hall on the table at the bottom of the stairs. Please take as many as you need, but not more. If you know someone who needs a calendar, but cannot make it to church, please take one for them.
The annual Parish family Hoy Night Supper is scheduled for Sunday 6 January at 5pm. A signup sheet is posted on the bulletin board for the Pot Luck. Any help that can be offered as to the set up for the hall would be appreciated.
Pan-Orthodox Christian Singles will have their next gathering on Saturday 12 January 2008. Directions to the event and party agenda are available on the parish hall info. table.
Excuse note for Christmas Day, Monday 7 January, are available in the hall for our elementary, middle school and high school students. Parents need only fill in the student’s name and sign.
Appointment requests for home blessings are available in the parish hall. Please fill out the form and place it in the collection basket as soon as possible. The forms will be returned to Father. Thank you.
